Sitges Winter Villas

This is advice, as a placeholder, ready for adding Villas.

In town… there are very few villas & few of those come up for short term holiday rental. Prices skyrocket for first line beach front or sea view.

Further along & just a 10 minute walk to town, areas of San Sebastian Bay & further East, Balmins have some villas. Most sit opporsite the Marina with views of the boats, some with a pool & all a short walk to Balmins Nudest beach! Or the marina beach at the further western end of Sitges.

Terramar end of town has many villas but prices increase.

Set back on the other side of the railway tracks, one can find the occasional house, with less views & touristic convenience. But there are some hidden gems, with a good ‘line of sight’ to the sea.

Vallpineda 15 mins walk from Sitges Town and the Beaches, is a nice area for families, with community tennis courts & security. Lots of villas, some are reached via steep hills & have big impressive plots, with views over the whole of Sitges.
Great for a family who wish to enjoy their rental & can afford cabs into town or the time to wait for the bus (which can be a mission!)

Same applies to the other Sitges Hills, some of which are nearer to the beach, on the Western side of Town. With some spectacular villas & views.
